Refund & Cancellation Policy

KairosSell wants you to feel confident about your purchase. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for both our subscription plans and our one-time Founding Member purchase.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@kairossell.ai from the address on your account, with the subject line Refund. Include your purchase date and (if subscription) the last 4 digits of the card. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We have not yet had a customer we couldn't make whole โ€” most "I want my money back" issues are resolved with a same-day refund. Chargebacks cost us a $15 fee even when we win, so they're a worse outcome for both of us than a direct refund.

5. Test-mode purchases

During this beta, all payments are processed via Stripe test mode. No real money is charged. Use card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future expiry and any CVC to simulate a purchase.

6. Service availability

KairosSell relies on third-party LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) and payment processing (Stripe). If a provider has a major outage that prevents us from delivering service for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will proactively credit your next monthly bill on a prorated basis. You don't need to ask.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect; existing subscriptions are honoured under the policy that applied at the time of purchase.
