Refund & Cancellation Policy

KairosSell wants you to feel confident about your purchase. This page explains
how cancellations and refunds work for both our subscription plans and our
one-time Founding Member purchase.
1. Pro Monthly subscription ($79/mo)
- Cancel anytime. Open Account โ Manage subscription to cancel. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
- 7-day refund window. If you signed up within the last 7 days and you've used fewer than 50 chat messages, we will refund the most recent payment in full. Email hello@kairossell.ai with the email address on the account and we'll process the refund within 3 business days.
- After 7 days, charges for completed billing periods are non-refundable. We will, however, prorate any unused portion of an annual prepayment if applicable.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we automatically retry for 7 days. After that, the account moves to the free tier (20 messages/day) until payment is restored.
2. Founding Member ($39 one-time)
- 14-day refund window. Founding Members can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, the purchase is final.
- Lifetime access. Refunded purchases revoke lifetime access; non-refunded purchases keep access for the operational lifetime of KairosSell, including all future features and skills.
- Limited offer. Founding Member is capped at the first 50 sellers. Once sold out, this tier is closed and we cannot reinstate it.
3. How to request a refund

hello@kairossell.ai from the address on your account, with the subject line
Refund. Include your purchase date and (if subscription) the last 4 digits of the card. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3 business days.
4. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We have not yet had a
customer we couldn't make whole โ most "I want my money back" issues are
resolved with a same-day refund. Chargebacks cost us a $15 fee even when we
win, so they're a worse outcome for both of us than a direct refund.
5. Test-mode purchases
During this beta, all payments are processed via Stripe test mode. No real
money is charged. Use card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future
expiry and any CVC to simulate a purchase.
6. Service availability
KairosSell relies on third-party LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) and
payment processing (Stripe). If a provider has a major outage that prevents
us from delivering service for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will
proactively credit your next monthly bill on a prorated basis. You don't
need to ask.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be
notified at least 30 days before they take effect; existing subscriptions
are honoured under the policy that applied at the time of purchase.
