When does it ship?
Private beta in 4 weeks for the first 10 founding sellers. Full launch to the founding 50 within 6 weeks. Expect a hands-on onboarding call before access.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Amazon US & Amazon EU at launch (FBA + FBM). Walmart and Shopify in Q1 2027. If you sell mostly outside Amazon, please join anyway — your input will steer what comes next.
Where is my SP-API data stored? Is it secure?
AWS Tokyo region, encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys. Read-only SP-API access; we never write to your Amazon account. We never share data across sellers, ever.
I'm not in Hong Kong. Does this still work for me?
Yes. We're based in HK because that's where the ops expertise lives, but the product works for any cross-border seller shipping into US, EU, UK, or AU. Most of our beta list is split between HK, Shenzhen, and Vietnam-based sellers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Standard plan: yes, monthly, no contract. Founding lifetime: it's a one-time payment so there's nothing to cancel — and the access is yours forever, even after we raise prices.
